   About SeaSalt   

SeaSalt Patisserie is a well established bakery in Kolkata specializing in only the finest French pastries. Based on the idea of adding sea salt to desserts to create a unique balance, SeaSalt offers a blend of local favourites with French delicacies. The bakery was started in September 2024 and already has a healthy client base, most of whom can't stop ordering more!

About Chef Sreyashi

Chef Sreyashi is an alumnus of Le Cordon Bleu, Paris. She is a hospitality management professional from WGSHA, Manipal University. She left a cushy job in IHCL (Taj Group) to hone her skills as a pastry chef at a renowned school of haute cuisine in Paris. SeaSalt is the result of her long-cherished dream of bringing the fine taste of French cuisine to Kolkata.
